The Challenge:

SmartWaste and WCS needed name tags for a multi-format SF Climate Week program — an outdoor hike, an indoor film screening, and an investor pitch night. Single-use paper or plastic badges would mean buying separately for each format and generating waste at each event.

The Solution:

They purchased 100 reusable recycled plastic name tags that traveled with them across all three events. The tags were durable enough for outdoor use on the hike, polished enough for the pitch night, and easy to wipe clean between formats.

The Result:

• 100 name tags used across 3 events

• 300 attendees served (300 single-use badges avoided)

• One purchase replaced what would have been 3 separate disposable badge order
